Wanderley Monteiro Rocha – ADC Advogados is a traditional law firm in Recife/PE (BR) which has a varied and nation-wide line of work. For over thirty years, we have been providing legal representation and legal advice for people and entities, always having in mind the necessity of giving a custom treatment to each of our clients.
The law firm is located at Rua Othon Paraíso 328 – 360, Recife-PE, 52031-435. We use an integration of LegalOne software and Google Workspace to manage and control legal demands. We are equipped with business meeting rooms, conference rooms, auditorium and a specialized library.
The law firm Wanderley Monteiro Rocha was born from the merger of “Wanderley, Monteiro, Rocha e Uchôa Cavalcanti Advogados e Consultores”, “Monteiro, Vilaça, Accioly e Wanderley Campos Advogados”; “Wanderley, Monteiro, Rocha e Medicis Pinto – Advogados e Consultores” and “Tavares & Teixeira – Advocacia e Consultoria Jurídica”.
The four original law firms had occupied important places in the Brazilian legal scene for a long time. These law firms had been working together through partnerships for many years, so the partners have had a great relationship for a long time.
The lawyers José Henrique Wanderley Filho, Antônio Henrique Cavalcanti Wanderley and Antônio Renato Lima da Rocha, are the original founders of “Wanderley, Monteiro, Rocha e Uchôa Cavalcanti – Advogados e Consultores”, which was incorporated in 1991, along with Antonio Carlos Bastos Monteiro, who passed away in 2019, and Miécio Uchôa Cavalcanti.
The main place where the law firm performs its activities is in the state of Pernambuco, in Northeast Brazil, but we also have clients who are located in many other states and cities through Brazil, where we keep relations with other law firms.
